Enhancement Crew Member

In this role, you will provide landscape services to residential homes and communities, safely operating commercial-grade equipment and ensuring the proper completion of enhancement projects.

Main Job Responsibilities:

- Installation of hardscapes and landscape features

- Landscape renovation

- Other landscape-related services as needed

- Care and maintenance of equipment

- Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with teammates and clients

This job may be the right fit for you if:

- You are at least 18 years old

- You are hardworking and dependable

- You can work 8-10 hours daily and lift up to 75 lbs

- You enjoy working outside in various types of weather

- You can safely operate both power equipment and landscape tools

- Crew members who will be operating company vehicles are required to have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
